🔄 Refund & Returns Policy – Rhobex Sports

At Rhobex Sports, we pride ourselves on delivering premium-quality sportswear and equipment to our global B2B partners. Every order is manufactured with strict quality control standards, but we also understand that issues may arise in international trade.

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted to ensure fairness, transparency, and professionalism in all transactions.

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, quality issues, or incorrect shipments.

  • Items must be reported within 7 working days of receipt.

  • Returned products must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

    • In their original packaging and labeling

    • Free from customer-applied branding, tags, or modifications

❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of B2B orders, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • OEM/ODM or customized products (with buyer’s logos, colors, or packaging).

  • Bulk orders that match the approved pre-production samples.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage, use, or mishandling by the buyer.

  • Clearance or discounted items.

🔁 3. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If goods are proven defective or incorrectly shipped, we will replace or exchange them at no additional cost.

  • Buyers may be required to provide:

    • Clear photos/videos of the defect

    • Proof of delivery documents

  • Replacement lead times depend on product type, stock availability, and shipping method.

💰 4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement or repair is not feasible.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refunds may take up to 14–21 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Non-refundable costs include:

    • Original shipping charges

    • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees

🚚 5. Return Shipping Guidelines

  • For eligible returns, buyers must return goods to our Sialkot, Pakistan facility.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong items, confirmed defect, shipping damage), Rhobex Sports will bear the return freight.

  • For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and customs charges.

📦 6. Damaged Goods in Transit

  • If goods arrive visibly damaged, buyers must notify the courier at delivery and document the issue with photos/videos.

  • Claims for shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Rhobex Sports will assist in coordinating claims with the logistics provider.

🔍 7. Quality Control & Samples

  • As a B2B supplier, we strongly encourage buyers to request samples before placing bulk or customized orders.

  • Once samples are approved, bulk orders are manufactured to match the approved sample specifications.

  • Minor variations in color, stitching, or size tolerance (within industry standards) do not qualify as defects.

⚖️ 8. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through communication first.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to international trade practices (Incoterms 2020).

  • All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Sialkot, Pakistan.

📌 9. Important Notes

  • Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.

  • We do not offer “change of mind” refunds.

  • Long-term B2B partners may be eligible for flexible return agreements under special contracts.
